Food and restaurants were within walking distance from the Hotel in Montreal.
No early breakfast was available for athletes that have to check out at 6:00am for a marathon. A few bananas or fruits was all we needed in the morning for breakfast.

It was in a good location, very close to many restaurants and enterainment.
It wasn't terrible, but you definitely get what you pay for. Next time I think I would spend a little more money somewhere else.

The location was excellent, very close proximity to Berri-UQAM terminal (which is a major hub in Montreal). Lots of restaurants and things to do close by but our room (which was at the back of the hotel) was fairly quiet.
This is a non-smoking hotel (by Quebec law) but either people ignore this law (this is the most likely situation) or at one point in time people smoked heavily there. Our room had a fairly strong odor of cigarette smoke for the majority of the time we were there and we couldn't open the windows (they have an alarm on them). Also, if you have lots of heavy baggage or mobility issues... be aware that there is no elevator here!

Simple rooms. Bathroom sink in the room. The location is excellent on St Denis street near a lot of action and easy to get to old city and port.
The street is noisy and some noise does come into the room, up to around 3 am. Also, no wash clothes and not many towels.

I did not expect such a good service for such little money. Breakfast croissant on the balcony above Rue St. Denis was delicious.

Great location in Quartier Latin, Basic but fine rooms
Worn interior, the inside looks more like a basic hostel in a skiresort than in a city. Basic breakfast, a sandwich would be better than a muffin.

The part we liked best about this hotel was that it was centrally located and close to all the shopping and restaruants. Also, the price was just right.
Although it was mentioned in smaller print on the Booked.net website, we did not like the fact that parking was down the street and around the corner even though it was excellent and secure parking. If the weather would have been colder out, this would not have been a pleasurable experience with 2 young children. Also, the fact that there was no elevator and nobody bothered asking us if we needed help with our bags.

The location was excellent, though the hotel was a bit old and run down, it was certainly worth the money.

It is located in the predominantly French speaking side of Montréal which provides great culture, restaurants and endless possibilities at the doorstep of the hotel. Very nice location.
The cleaning staff tried to enter our room despite us sleeping and constantly screaming that we did not need cleaning service. Fortunately they were not strong enough to break the lock and chain which was on the door.
